Marty Inderbitzen, representing ValleyCare Health System, noted that the applicant and ValleyCare have worked out a solution to providing access to the ValleyCare building from West Los Positas Boulevard. James Paxson, Hacienda General Manager, spoke in favor of the project. Planning Commissioners supported the project noting that the applicant had responded to most of the comments from the previous work session and had presented a high quality project. The Planning Commission approved the project (4-0-1 with Narum abstaining) adding conditions related to a new driveway on West Las Positas on the ValleyCare Medical Plaza site and required modifications to parking, drive-aisles and signage, and a new condition to require wiring for electric charging stations in tenant garages. ADDITIONS/AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SINCE THE PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION At the time the project was being reviewed by the Planning Commission, City Planning Division staff and St. Anton Partners' representatives were in discussions regarding the specific conditions to be included in the project to meet the City's Climate Action Plan objectives as well as to address several requests from St. Anton Partners to delete or change Conditions of Approval. The following changes are recommended by staff and have been incorporated into Exhibit A and shown below with additions underlined and deletions in strikeout: • Prior Conditions of Approval No. 10 and No. 52 are replaced by COA Nos. 50 through 53.
