RESOLUTION NO. 13-632 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE 2013/14FY and 2014/15FY OPERATING BUDGET AND THE <br /> 2013/14FY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, biannually the City Council adopts a two-year operating budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public workshop to review the budget was held in June 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 18, 2013, staff presented a report regarding the <br /> recommended Operating Budget for 2013/14FY and 2014/15FY and Community Development <br /> Block Grant Program for 2013/14FY <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Council adopts the 2013/14FY and 2014/15FY Operating Budget as <br /> provided in Attachment A. <br /> SECTION 2. Council adopts the 2013/14FY Community Development Block Grant <br /> program as outlined in Attachment B. <br /> SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> SECTION 4. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into <br /> the book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 18, 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18th of June, 2013, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Co J , Lowell, CityAttorney <br />
