RESOLUTION NO. 13-633 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ADOPTING THE 2013-2014 THROUGH 2016-2017 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, biennially the City adopts a Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 18, 2013, staff presented a report regarding the <br /> recommended Capital Improvement Program for 2013-2014 through 2016-17. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1. Adopts the 2013-14 through 2016-17 Capital Improvement Program as <br /> presented to at the June 18, 2013 City Council meeting. <br /> Section 2. Authorizes expenditures as detailed in the Capital Improvement Program for <br /> 2013-14 and 2014-15. <br /> Section 3. Authorizes the fund transfers, appropriations and carryovers as set forth in <br /> the Capital Improvement Program. <br /> Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 18, 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers, Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Karen 'az, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P. Lowell, City Attorney <br />
