A deed disclosure <br />and a separately recorded covenant subject to review and approval by the <br />CiD' Annorney and the Planning Director shall be recorded informing all <br />homeowners of the maintenance responsibilities. <br /> <br />The design for the line. ~ade. and structural sections for the driveway <br />serving this development shall be subject to final review and approval by the <br />CiD' Engineer. <br /> <br />Any existing wells on lots 1 though 4 shall be removed or sealed, filled and <br />abandoned pursuant to Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of <br />grading operations unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for obsexwation wells, <br />or special approval is obtained from the City Engineer for temporary use of <br />an existing well for construction water or for irrigation purposes. An3' wells <br />designated for abandonment or an3' wells, encountered during construction, <br />are to be destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7. Any <br />existing well on lot 5 that is kept for irrigation purposes shall be disconnected <br />from the City's water system and finned with backfiow devices to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />All existing septic tanks or holding tanks shall be removed or sealed, filled, <br />and abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of the Alameda County <br />Department of Health Sen, ices. <br /> <br />The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final ~ading <br />plan, subject to the approval of the City Engineer: The applicant is <br />responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All <br />cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after <br />completion of grading, in no case later than October 15. No grading shall <br />occur between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control <br />measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Building Department. <br />Such measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping <br />is in place. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />improvement plans. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the City <br />Engineer and shall specifically address dust reduction to neighboring <br />properties. <br /> <br />Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and <br />approval 0fthe City Engineer and Zone 7. as applicable, that the system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - <br /> <br /> <br />
