Fire <br /> <br />Uniform unless othem, ise approved by the Building Official and City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />30. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter <br /> 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />Prior to any construction, the applicant shall provide adequate fire protection <br />facilities, including but not limited to surface roads and a water supply and <br />water flow meeting Fire Department standards to suppress a major fire. If. <br />prior to any construction, the applicant proposes in writing an alternate <br />method of fire protection, the Fire Chief may allow the alternative method. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshall no construction shall begin <br />until such time as an acceptable emergency vehicle access has been <br />established, as defined by the Fire Marshall. This access shall be maintained <br />at all time until the public improvements are accepted. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall provide the City <br />with a copy of the "General Permit for Storm Water Discharge with <br />Associated Construction Activities" fi.om the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the <br />geotechnical report prepared by Terrasearch Inc. dated July 12, 2002. The <br />project developer's geotechnical consultant shall review and approve all <br />geotechnical aspects of the final development plans to ensure that the <br />recommendations have been properly incorporated into the development. <br />The consultant shall certify by writing on the plans or as otherwise <br />acceptable to the Director of Building Inspection that the final development <br />plan is in conformance with the geotechnical report approved with the <br />project. <br /> <br />Property lines shall be located a minimum of two feet (2' 0") from the uphill <br />side of the top of bank. <br /> <br />The project developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter <br />19.40.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. These improvements may include, but are not necessarily <br />limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />
