Limit <br />construction access routes onto the site and place gravel on them. <br />Do not drive vehicles and equipment off paved or ~aveied areas <br />during wet weather. Broom sweep the street pavement adjoining the <br />project site on a daily basis. Prior to submittal of the subdivision map, the developer shall submit a <br /> landscape plan for review and approval by the Planning Director indicating the <br /> planting of a minimum of twelve (12) 15-gallon size evergreen shrubs 10 ft. on <br /> center on Lot 4 along the property line in common with 993 Summit Creek <br /> Court. Within 60 days of the completion of mass wading for the project, the <br /> developer shall plant these shrubs and shall maintain them in good health until <br /> the installation of the irrigation system for Lot 4 is completed, at which time <br /> the owner of Lot 4 will then be responsible to maintain them. The design <br /> guidelines shall be modified to indicate that the landscape plan submitted with <br /> the design review application for the custom home on Lot 4 shall identify these <br /> shrubs as plants to remain and to state that the owner of Lot 4 shall maintain <br /> these shrubs in good health and at a height that helps to screen the view of the <br /> house on Lot 4 as seen from the.existing house located at 993 Summit Creek <br /> Court. <br /> <br /> <br />
