CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1890 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KEITH <br />AND JEAN KASS FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Keith and Jean Kass have applied for PUD development plan approval to <br />subdivide an approximately 4.49-acre site into five single-family residential lots <br />located at 966 Sycamore Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is covered by the Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified <br /> for the North Sycamore Specific Plan area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 5, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan and the North Sycamore Specific Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-22, the application of Keith and Jean Kass for PUD <br />development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 4.49-acre site into five <br />single-family residential lots located at 966 Sycamore Road, subject to the <br />conditions set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
