Attachment A <br /> Custodial Services Contract <br /> Scope of services to be preformed <br /> The Contractor shall for the term of the contract furnish all labor and equipment and perform <br /> all work necessary to provide Custodial Services at the following locations: <br /> 1. Amador Theater <br /> 2. Aquatic Center <br /> 3. Gingerbread Day Care Center <br /> 4. 157 Main Street/123 Main Street <br /> 5. 200 Old Bernal <br /> 6. Police Station <br /> 7. Parks and Community Services Modular <br /> 8. IT Modular <br /> 9. Library <br /> 10. Operation Support Center (OSC) Six (6) Locations <br /> 11. Fire Dept. Head Quarters <br /> 12. Senior Center <br /> 13. Veterans Memorial Building <br /> 14. Fire House Arts Center <br /> This work shall include but not limited to securing all external / internal doors and windows <br /> of City owned facilities maintained by the Contractor Monday through Sunday. Hours for <br /> securing buildings shall vary per specific location. <br /> The City of Pleasanton continuously recycles as much material as possible, The <br /> Custodial Contractor will be required to abide by all current and future recycle efforts of the <br /> City. These current efforts include use of BLUE recycle cans, which are dumped into <br /> Pleasanton Garbage Services recycle containers nightly. <br />
