Veterans Memorial Building <br /> 301 Main Street <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> The following services are to be performed between the hours of <br /> Midnight and 7:00 a.m. (Monday through Sunday) <br /> DAILY SERVICES: <br /> Wet-mop resilient tile and/or tile floors <br /> Empty all waste receptacles, (replace liners) <br /> Straighten furniture properly <br /> Restock restroom dispensers/Lunchrooms/Kitchen <br /> Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect restroom fixtures, and floor with <br /> germicidal cleaner <br /> Spot clean doors and walls <br /> Clean front outside stairways <br /> Clean and sweep entryways <br /> Clean entry doors and glass <br /> Spot clean interior glass <br /> Sweep exterior of entrance areas <br /> Dispose of all rubbish <br /> Empty all outside waste containers, clean covers <br /> WEEKLY SERVICES: <br /> Dust and wipe railings, banisters, and sills using treated clothes <br /> Dust file cabinets, workstation partitions, picture frames <br /> MONTHLY SERVICES: <br /> High dusting and vacuuming to remove dust, dirt, and cobwebs from vents, <br /> corners and ledges <br /> Clean all vents grills and registers <br /> Clean ceiling fan blades, and motor assemblies <br /> Clean baseboards <br /> Clean door kick plates <br /> Clean all outside lights remove cobwebs from lens covers, and lamp housings <br /> Vacuum upholstered chair surfaces <br /> SEMI-ANNUALLY: <br /> Dust and clean blinds or vacuum drapes <br /> Dust and clean all vertical and horizontal blinds <br />
