CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 854 AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND APPROXIMATELY 3.8 ACRES IN SIZE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE ARROYO MOCHO ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD (ABOUT 500 FEET SOUTH OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD) FROM THE P~-2500 (~LTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE C-N (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP #174) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A parcel of land approximately 3.~ acres in size located immediately north of the Arroyo Mocho on the east side of Santa Rita Road (about 500 feet south of West Las Positas Boulevard) is hereby rezoned from the RM-2500 (Multi-Family Residential) District to the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, Zoning Unit Map #174, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 174, dated June 15, 1978, on file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton. Section 3. This ordinance shall be publi~he~ once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of gen- eral circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 13, 1978. ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on July 11, 1978.
