RESOLUTION NO. 13- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AUTHORIZING A ONE-TIME PAYMENT EQUAL TO 3% OF SALARY FOR <br /> MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has approximately 50 unrepresented <br /> management employees which do not include the City Manager and the City Attorney; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, one-time payments are provided only in the year authorized and do <br /> not impact pensionable wages; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds in the approximate amount of $183,000 will come from the <br /> General Fund Contingency in the 2012/2013 FY Operating Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE: AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> A one-time payment, equal to 3% of salary, to affected management employees. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 18, 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br /> 18`h of June, of 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan Lowell, City Attorney <br />
