Resolution No. 03-095 Page Two Section 6: John Mahoney is appointed as a member of the Economic Vitality Committee as the Infrastructure representative, which term expires on September 30, 2007, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 7: Laura Olson is appointed as a regular member and Johnny Ponton is appointed as an alternate member of the Human Services Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2007, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 8: John Clatworthy is reappointed as a regular member of the Library Commission, which term expires on September 30, 2007, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 9: Jerry Pentin is appointed as a regular member and Karen Ellgas is appointed as an alternate member of the Parks and Recreation Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2007, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 10: Harvey Kameny is reappointed as a regular member and Anne Fox is appointed as an alternate member of the Planning Commission, which terms expire on September 30, 2007, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 11' Chris Arkin is appointed as an alternate member of the Youth Commission, which term expires on September 30, 2005, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 12: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
