CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 853 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 60 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED BETWEEN CRELLIN ROAD AND THE CITY LIMIT LINE AT THE END OF ARBOR DRIVE FROM THE R-1-6500 AND R-1-20,000 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP #173) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones the parcel of land approximately 60 acres in size located between Crellin Road and the City Limit line at the end of Arbor Drive from the R-1-6500 and R-1-20,000 (Single Family Residential) Districts to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, as more particularly described in Zoning Unit Map No. 173 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended in accord- ance with the action set forth in Section 1 above. S. ection 3. Zoning Unit Map No. 173, dated May 19, 1978, on file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference, designates said land use and zoning district. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 5. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 9, 1978.
