CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 852 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) OF SECTION 2-9.15 <br /> (BASIC REQUIREMENTS), OF ARTICLE 16 (OFF-STREET PARKING), <br /> CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Subsection (c) of ~2-9.15, Article 16, Chapter 2, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> c. For a use not specified in Section 2-9.16, the <br /> number of off-street parking spaces required shall <br /> be determined by the Zoning Administrator, based, <br /> wherever possible, upon an analysis of other <br /> jurisdiction's experience with that type of use. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "THE TIME," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on April 25, 1978. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on May 9 , 1978 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler Kephart,Wood <br />NOES: None and ~~~.~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
