BSR will submit invoices to the O4'of Pleasanton periodically,but no more frequently than every two(2)weeks.All invoices are due and payable upon presentation,and any amounts unpaid 30 days after the Invoice date are subject too late payment charge from the date of the Invoke,at 1-1/2%per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower. The Oty will reimburse Company for all time spent and expenses(Including fees of any attorney,collection agency,ad/or court costs)Incurred In connection with collecting any delinquent amount. BSK
