<br />8.105.1. I-P Industrial Park District.
<br /> a. Drive-in theaters.
<br /> b. Public or private recreation facilities.

<br /> d. Service stations, not including trailer rental, providing all opera-
<br /> tions except the sale of gasollne and oil and the washing of
<br /> cars shall be withi~ a building enclosed on at least three sides.
<br /> e. Public utility a.n'd public service pumping stations, equipment
<br /> buildings a~d, instailatlons, service yards, power stations, drain-
<br /> age ways and structures, reservoirs, percolation basins, well
<br /> fieldsl storage tanks, and transmission lines.
<br /> f. Accessory structures and uses located on the same site aa a
<br /> conditional use.

<br />8.105.2 I-G General Industrial District.
<br /> a. Any use listed as a conditional use in Sec. 8.105.1, (I-P Indust-
<br /> rial Park District).
<br /> b. The ~ollowing uses, provided that the City Planning Commission
<br /> shall make a specific finding that the use will conform with
<br /> each of the required conditions prescribed for uses in the I-G
<br /> district in Sec. 8.103, (Required Co~ditlons), in addition to the
<br /> findings prescribed in Sec. 24.106, (Findings):
<br /> Airports and heliports.
<br /> Asphalt and asphalt products manufacture.
<br /> Cement, lime, gypaum, and plaster of paris manufacture.
<br /> Chemical products manufacture including acetylene, aniline
<br /> dyes, ammonia, carbi~le, caustic soda, cellulose, chlorine,
<br /> cleaning and polishing preparations, creosote, exterminating
<br /> agents, hydrogen and oxygen, industrial alcoh~)l, nitrating of
<br /> cotton or other materials, nitrates of an explosive nature,
<br /> potash, pyroxyline, rayon yarn, and carbolic, hydrochloric,
<br /> picric, and sulphuric acids.
<br /> Drop forges.
<br /> Exploaives manufacture and storage.
<br /> Fertilizer manufacture.
<br /> Film manufacture.
<br /> Gas and oil wells.
<br /> Incineretlen of garbage and refuse.
<br /> ,Yunk yards.
<br /> Linoleum and oil cloth manufacture.
<br /> Manure, peat, and topsoil processing and storage.
<br />
<br /> Motor vehicle wrecking yards.
<br /> Nuclear research and development laboratores.
<br /> Paint manufacture including enamel, lacquer, shellac, tu
<br /> tine, and varnish.
<br /> Paper mills.
<br /> Petroleum and petroleum products storage.
<br /> Rifle and pistol ranges.
<br /> Rolling mills.
<br /> Rubber manufacture .or processing including natural or
<br /> thetic rubber and gutta-percha.
<br /> Sanitary fill operations.
<br /> Soap manufacture including fat rendering.
<br /> Steam plants.
<br /> Storage of fuel or flammable liquids.
<br /> Storage of used building materials.
<br /> Tan.neries and curing and storage of rawhides.
<br /> c. Accessory structures and uses located on the same site
<br /> conditional use.
<br />
<br />Sec. 8.106. Underground Utilities.
<br />In an LP district, electric an, d communication service wires
<br />new structure shall be placed underground from the nearest r
<br />pole. If the Director of Public Works finds, upon application b
<br />property owner, that compliance is not feasible or econnm:
<br />justifiable, he shall permit different service arrangements.

<br />Sec. 8.109. Signs.
<br />No sign,, outdoor advertising structure, or display nf any cha~
<br />shall be permitted except as prescribed in Article 17, (Signs).
<br />
<br />Sec. 8.110. Design Review.
<br />All permitted and conditional uses shall be subject to desil
<br />prescribed in Article 18, (Design Review). Applicants are a~
<br />to confer with the Zoning Administrator before preparing de
<br />plans.
