f) Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed 86 dBA at <br /> any point outside of the property plane of the subject property (Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br /> These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 51. Prior to issuance of a building or grading permit, the applicant/developer shall provide a <br /> vibration study prepared by a qualified vibration consultant acceptable to the Director of <br /> Community Development which estimates vibration levels at neighboring sensitive uses. <br /> If the applicable vibration level limits established in Table 4.J-4 of the Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the "City of Pleasanton Housing Element and Climate <br /> Action Plan General Plan Amendment and Rezonings" are exceeded, mitigation shall be <br /> required to reduce vibration levels so they do not exceed the applicable limits, subject the <br /> satisfaction of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 52. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant's noise consultant shall certify in <br /> writing to the Director of Community Development that the construction drawings comply <br /> with the applicable City and State interior noise standards. <br /> 53. The leases for the apartment units shall include a disclosure of possible noise sources in <br /> the project vicinity. In addition, the applicant/developer shall establish procedures and a <br /> contact phone number for a site manager the residents can call to address any noise <br /> complaints. The disclosure and procedures shall be submitted to the City Attorney for <br /> review and approval before leasing the first apartment unit. <br /> 54. Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner, the project <br /> applicant/developer shall submit verification from the FAA, or other verification to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer of Chief Building Official, of compliance with the FAA <br /> Part 77 (Form 7460) review for construction on the project site. <br /> 55. The locations of the proposed electric vehicle charging stations shall be shown on the <br /> plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check and shall be subject to <br /> the review and approval of the Director of Community Developmert prior to building <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 56. The locations of the proposed light-colored paving material for streets and parking areas <br /> shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check <br /> and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 57. The applicant and/or project developer shall incorporate solar tubes, skylights, and/or <br /> other daylighting systems, subject to the satisfaction of the Director of Community <br /> Development, within the design of the community/leasing buildings. The method used <br /> and plan details shall be incorporated into the plans submitted to the Building and Safety <br /> Division for plan check and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 58. The applicant and/or project developer shall develop and implement a program for <br /> reclaimed water, grey water, and/or rainwater harvesting systems for the subject site or <br /> 9 of 30 <br />
