Ordinance No. 2065 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 13.08.090 Sale of goods or services —Exhibitions and private lessons and classes. No <br /> person shall: sell any goods; conduct or maintain any show, performance, concert, place of <br /> amusement or exhibition; or conduct private lessons or classes for compensation without the <br /> written permission of the director. <br /> j. Amend §13.08.150 Motor driven cycles and model vehicles and planes as <br /> follows: <br /> A. No person shall operate, transport or maintain any moor driven cycle, <br /> motorcycle, motorized bicycle or moped as the same are defined in the Vehicle Code or <br /> determined in the reasonable discretion of the Chief of Police or his or her designee, within any <br /> park and recreation facility except in those areas as may be specifically designated for such <br /> purpose or with the written permission of the director. <br /> B. No person shall operate in any park and recreation facility any airborne, <br /> waterborne or landborne model plane, any rocket or missile, or any vessel or vehicle, whether <br /> such plane, rocket, missile, vessel or vehicle uses an internal combustion engine or is <br /> propelled/operated otherwise, without the written permission of the director. <br /> k. Amend §18.116.040 Temporary outdoor uses as follows: <br /> The following temporary outdoor uses shall be permitted subject to the zoning administrator <br /> making a determination that a temporary use application for an outdoor event meets the criteria <br /> listed in subsections A, B and C of this section for that event; any application not meeting the <br /> criteria shall be subject to a temporary conditional use permit in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 18.124.170 of this title relating to temporary use permits; however, no temporary <br /> conditional use permit for an outdoor sale shall be approved if it is longer than three days, no <br /> temporary conditional use permit for an outdoor sale during a hotel convention shall be allowed <br /> if it is longer than five days, no temporary conditional use permit for an outdoor sale shall be <br /> allowed for more than four events per year, except that outdoor sales events benefiting <br /> charitable or nonprofit organizations shall not count toward the four event limit and shall not be <br /> limited in number. <br /> {all other provisions of this section remain unchanged} <br /> I. Amend §18.124.130 Suspension and revocation as follows: <br /> Upon violation of any applicable provision of this chapter, or, if granted subject to conditions, <br /> upon failure to comply with conditions, a use permit shall be subject to suspension or <br /> revocation. The planning commission shall hold a public hearing within a reasonable time to <br /> consider such suspension or revocation in accord with the procedure prescribed in Section <br /> 18.124.040, and if not satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being <br /> complied with, may suspend or revoke the use permit or take such action as may be necessary <br /> to ensure compliance with the regulation, general provision or condition. Within ten days <br /> following the date of a decision of the commission suspending or revoking a use permit, the <br /> secretary shall transmit to the city council written notice of the decision. The decision shall <br /> become final 15 days following the date on which the use permit was suspended or revoked or <br /> on the day following the next meeting of the council, whichever is later, unless an appeal has <br />
