Scope of Services <br /> 1) SFSF shall provide a complete production of Free Shakespeare in the Park <br /> 2) SFSF shall provide site services as necessary to accommodate audiences at <br /> Free Shakespeare in the Park and shall coordinate all installations with the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> 3) SFSF shall provide all Artistic and Stage Director services; as such, we shall cast <br /> each show, conduct rehearsals, work with designers and carry out the artistic <br /> vision for the show and the program overall. <br /> 4) SFSF will provide one production stage manager to coordinate rehearsals, <br /> technical aspects and "call" each show. SFSF shall also provide an ASM/props <br /> person to further enhance the supervision of the production. <br /> 5) SFSF will provide all design elements including: <br /> a. Set Design - SFSF will hire Set designer and builders to create a set <br /> appropriate for this production. <br /> b. Costume Design - SFSF will hire Costume designer and builder to create, <br /> rent, or "pull" all costumes appropriate for this production. SFSF will keep <br /> whatever costumes it "builds". <br /> c. Lighting Design - SFSF will hire Lighting designer to create light plot, <br /> supervise light hang and focus and work with director to create cues to <br /> enhance theatrical production. <br /> d. Props - SFSF will acquire all props needed for this production, either by <br /> renting, building or purchasing each prop. <br /> e. Special skills (puppetry, fight choreographer, etc) as required by specific <br /> production. <br /> f. Sound designer/operator— SFSF shall provide one person to design all <br /> sound aspects of each show, attend all necessary production meetings, <br /> and run the sound board for every performance. <br /> 6) SFSF will provide build space at its scene shop for all scenic elements. <br /> 7) SFSF will conduct technical/dress rehearsals, seeing production through opening <br /> night. <br /> 8) SFSF will conduct strike of all design elements, hauling away any elements (set <br /> pieces, props, costumes, etc.) used in these productions, and returning the park <br /> to its pre-show/rehearsal conditions. This shall be done in coordination with <br /> technical staff of theater. <br /> 9) SFSF shall be responsible for several educational and marketing deliverables, <br /> including graphic design of posters, postcards, business cards, and flyers (to be <br /> printed by Central Services). <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br />
