Additional comments: <br /> 1 I have been telling my friends to use this service. <br /> 2 I have a friend in San Leandro and she has to walk several blocks to her physicians. How <br /> fortunate we are. <br /> 3 I find it a pleasant experience and have seen more of Pleasanton since using the <br /> Paratransit system. <br /> 4 Please allow riders to drink water when thirsty. <br /> 5 Keep up the good work. We are very fortunate to this service. _ <br /> 6 I need daily service. <br /> 7 I'm very thankful for this service.It has been a life saver.. <br /> 8 This service is excellent. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. <br /> 9 Often times we get a recording arid no return call. <br /> 10 When I call for an appointment the people who answer the call are quite patent. <br /> 11 Don't like planning ahead for rides. <br /> 12 I need advance notice when a transfer is needed. DID buses to DTR buses would be nice. <br /> Parking at the curb rather at the driveway would make it easier to step up. <br /> 13 Love the service.Thank you for coming to Sunol. <br /> 14 Two thumbs up for Paratransit! Medical reasons stopped me from driving in 2008. I have <br /> frequent dr.'s appointments and have no one to drive me. Can't afford a cab to take me. <br /> 15 All of the drivers provide great services and are exceptionally courteous. <br /> 16 The city of Pleasanton is very good to seniors,the transportation system is exceptionally good. <br /> 17 I have a bad back and use it to go to doctors. Some drivers don't lower the step as I step up and <br /> down from sidewalk. <br /> 18 I am especially grateful for the Sunday route to church. <br /> 19 This service is very important to us. It gives us mobility& independence to go dr.'s <br /> appointments, etc..The people associated with the service are always helpful and do their best <br /> to accommodate me. _ <br /> 20 I'm so thankful we can take Paratransit.Think it is great. <br /> 21 I really appreciate have the transportation as needed. Drivers are wonderful„ Michelle in the <br /> office is terrific! <br /> 22 I can buy flowers at the Santa Rita Safeway. <br /> 23 Reducing the fare for seniors. <br /> 24 Glad the service goes to St.Augustine. <br /> 25 I have dial a ride tickets but have not have needed the services.I'm sure it will be helpful for <br /> local appointments. <br /> 26 Look forward to always dealing with staff and drivers. <br /> 27 Just moved to the Santa Rita area within a block or so of Wheels. <br /> 28 Drivers and reservation people are very patient and helpful.We've got the best. <br /> 29 Paratransit is my family and I depend on them and have never been disappointed. <br /> Thank You! <br /> 30 The reservation staff are polite courteous.
