The Calculated Fares-Plus-Local-Match Recovery Ratio from Document"H-4.5&8"is: 72.4% <br /> Select the eligibility statement below,pertaining to the service(s)for which operating <br /> funds are being requested,and enter the calculated ratio shown above in the <br /> appropriate cell highlighted yellow. <br /> Pursuant to PUC§99275.5(for Article 4.5 claimants)or PUC§99405(c)(for Article 8 claimants).operator <br /> qualities under MTC Resolution No. 1209,Revised as a"Special Transit Service"claimant,and is required to <br /> achieve a fares-plus-local-match recovery ratio(as defined in MTC Resolution No. 1209.Revised)of a <br /> minimum ten percent. <br /> 2.
