NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves Case PUD-85-08-1D-4M, the application of Pleasant <br /> Partners LLC for Planned Unit Development major modification and development plan <br /> to construct 305 apartment units, two retail buildings totaling approximately 7,520 sq. ft., <br /> new surface parking and a parking garage to serve the existing office uses, and related <br /> site improvements at the California Center property, subject to the conditions as shown <br /> in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this ordinance by this reference. <br /> SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within 15 <br /> days after its adoption in the "Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for 15 <br /> days in the City Clerk's Office within 15 days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 3.
