Ordinance No. 2065 <br /> Page 6 <br /> become final 15 days following the date on which the use permit was suspended or revoked or <br /> on the day following the next meeting of the council, whichever is later, unless an appeal has <br /> been taken to the council, or unless the council shall elect to review and decline to affirm the <br /> decision of the commission, in which cases Section 18.124.090 shall apply. <br /> m. Amend §18.124.170 Temporary use permit as follows: <br /> Use permits for specified temporary conditional uses may be granted by the zoning <br /> administrator provided that the findings required by Section 18.124.070 shall be made. No <br /> public hearing shall be held unless the zoning administrator shall request a hearing. A permit for <br /> a temporary use shall authorize conduct of the use for a specified term as determined by the <br /> zoning administrator, provided that a permit for a subdivision sales office or a temporary <br /> construction yard or office may be for a period not to exceed one year. A decision of the zoning <br /> administrator on a temporary conditional use shall be subject to appeal as prescribed in Section <br /> 18.144.050 relating to administrative appeal procedure. <br /> n. Add a new §19.40.060 Supplemental size and reimbursement as follows: <br /> 19.40.060 Supplemental size and reimbursement. As provided by the Map Act, the City may <br /> require that improvements installed by the subdivider for the benefit of the subdivision contain <br /> supplemental size, capacity, number, or length for the benefit of property not within the <br /> subdivision, and that those improvements be dedicated to the public. <br /> In the event of the installation of improvements required by this section, the City shall enter into <br /> an agreement with the subdivider for reimbursement for that portion of the costs of those <br /> improvements, including an amount attributable to interest, in excess of the construction <br /> required for the subdivision. <br /> SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 3.
