CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1979 EDITION <br /> OF THE UNIFOP~I ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 3b (Uniform Administrative Code) is <br /> added to Title II (Zoning and Development) of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Chapter 3b <br /> <br /> UNIFORM ADMINISTRATiVE CODE <br /> <br /> Article 1 <br /> <br /> Adoption of Uniform Administrative Code, <br /> With Amendments, Additions Modifications and Deletions <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.14 ~doption of Uniform Administrative Code. <br /> There is hereby adopted by reference that certain code <br /> known as the UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, 1979 EDITION, <br /> published by the International Conference of Building <br /> Officials, except such portions as are hereinafter <br /> amended, modified, or deleted in this article. The <br /> Uniform Administrative Code, as modified, is hereby <br /> adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at <br /> length herein. Three (3) copies of this code are on <br /> file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton for <br /> use by the public. <br /> <br />Section 2-13.15 Amendments, Modifications, Additions <br /> to and Deletions From the Adopted Code. The adopted <br /> Uniform Administrative Code is modified as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Amendments or Modifications. <br /> <br /> 1. Whenever in the adopted code the words "Building <br /> Official" are used, they shall mean the <br /> Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development <br /> of the City of Pleasanton or his designated <br /> agent. <br /> <br /> <br />
