CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 03-088 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GREG AND NANCY CROFTON, AS FILED UNDER CASE PADR-729 WHEREAS, on June 11, 2003, the Planning Commission approved the application of Greg and Nancy Crofton to construct an approximately 1,457-square foot, two-story addition to an existing two-story house located at 4757 Peaceful Lane; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision was filed; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on July 15, 2003, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed addition is within the parameters of the PUD development plan and would have minimal impact upon the adjacent property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PADR-729, the application of Greg and Nancy Crot~on to construct an approximately 1,457-square foot, two-story addition to an existing two-story house located at 4757 Peaceful Lane, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the appellant with a notice that the appellant has ninety (90) days following the date of adoption of this resolution in which to seek judicial review of this action of the City Council.
