Chairperson Malindzak closed the meeting for agency presentations at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Ms. Hopkins reviewed Attachment 3 of the Staff Report with Commissioners, which outlined <br /> funding requests by the agencies, the average funding recommendation, and comments by staff. <br /> She also reviewed Attachment 4 that showed the recommended amounts if all were funded at <br /> 60%. The Commission was informed that Kidango does not have a Pleasanton Board Member <br /> and if funding was allocated they would need to meet this requirement. Ms. Hopkins also <br /> confirmed that Gatehouse Academy had provided required 2012 Tax documents. <br /> Commissioners reviewed all of the application requests and took into consideration the <br /> information received from the agency presentations.
