e) Designate a noise disturbance coordinator who will be responsible for <br /> responding to complaints about noise during construction. The telephone <br /> number of the noise disturbance coordinator shall be conspicuously posted at <br /> the construction site and shall be provided to the City of Pleasanton. Copies <br /> of the construction schedule shall also be posted at nearby noise sensitive <br /> areas. <br /> f) Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed 86 <br /> dBA at any point outside of the property plane of the subject property <br /> (Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br /> These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction <br /> of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 49. Prior to issuance of a building or grading permit, the applicant/developer shall <br /> provide a vibration study prepared by a qualified vibration consultant acceptable <br /> to the Director of Community Development which estimates vibration levels at <br /> neighboring sensitive uses. If the applicable vibration level limits established in <br /> Table 4.J-4 of the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the "City of <br /> Pleasanton Housing Element and Climate Action Plan General Plan Amendment <br /> and Rezonings" are exceeded, mitigation shall be required to reduce vibration <br /> levels so they do not exceed the applicable limits, subject the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 50. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant's noise consultant shall certify <br /> in writing to the Director of Community Development that the construction <br /> drawings comply with the applicable City and State interior noise standards. <br /> 51. The leases for the apartment units shall include a disclosure of possible noise <br /> sources in the project vicinity. In addition, the applicant/developer shall establish <br /> procedures and a contact phone number for a site manager the residents can call <br /> to address any noise complaints. The disclosure and procedures shall be <br /> submitted to the City Attorney for review and approval before leasing the first <br /> apartment unit. <br /> 52. Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner, the project <br /> applicant/developer shall submit verification from the FAA, or other verification to <br /> the satisfaction of the City Engineer of Chief Building Official, of compliance with <br /> the FAA Part 77 (Form 7460) review for construction on the project site. <br /> 53. The locations of the proposed electric vehicle charging stations shall be shown on <br /> the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check and shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community Development <br /> prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 54. The locations of the proposed light-colored paving material for streets and parking <br /> areas shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division <br /> 10 of 34 <br />
