Master Contract No.900973,Procurement Contract No.7485 <br /> Extraordinary maintenance: Extraordinary maintenance is defined as costs that <br /> are more than $1,000 per incident. Pump repairs and main breaks are examples <br /> of events that could be "extraordinary maintenance". Contractor will need either <br /> written or oral authorization by the County before proceeding with any <br /> extraordinary maintenance except in cases which in the Contractor's judgment <br /> repairs are necessary to safeguard the public or the County.
