BACKGROUND <br /> City staff, members of the Hacienda Mobilehome Park Resident's Agreement <br /> Committee and the park owner have been working for several months on a new rent <br /> stabilization agreement. Progress is being made to reach agreement, but additional <br /> time is necessary to complete the negotiations. The Third Amendment to Agreement <br /> Providing for Stabilization of Mobilehome Space Rents (copy attached) extends the <br /> term of the 2007 agreement for an additional month, i.e, April, beyond the two month <br /> and the one month extensions previously approved by the park owner and the City. <br /> The Hacienda Mobilehome Park Resident's Agreement Committee indicated it accepts <br /> the Third Amendment and its terms in order to further continued good faith negotiations. <br /> Submitted by: Approved%y: <br /> onathan Lowell Nelson Fi. ho <br /> City Attorney City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
