Any licensee transacting and carrying on business but not operating at a fixed place of business in the city shall keep the original or a copy of the license upon his or her person at all times while transacting and carrying on the business for which it is issued. C. Any licensee transacting : • -gating at a fixed place of business in the city, shall keep the original license upon the licensee's person at all time:± while transacting and carrying on the business for which the license has been issued. h. Amend §13.08.020 Definitions as follows: For the purposes of this chapter the following words and phrases shall mean: A. "Daylight" means any time from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset. B. "Director" means the director of parks and community services of the city.
