Exhibit A <br /> Amend Section I General and Administrative Fees, <br /> Subsection C Fines - Violation of Pleasanton Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> C. Fines -Violation of Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> As provided in Pleasanton Municipal Code sections 1.12.020.A and 1.24.040, violations of the <br /> Municipal Code* are subject to the following fines: <br /> Fine <br /> First Violation $100.00 <br /> Second Violation of same ordinance within 1 year $200.00 <br /> Third Violation of same ordinance within 1 year $500.00 <br /> Fourth and Subsequent Violations of same code provision <br /> within 36 months from the date of the first violation $750.00 <br /> Late Payment Charge 25% of fine <br /> *Violations of the Municipal Code may also be subject to alternative or additional means of <br /> enforcement as provided in the Municipal Code. <br />
