Add a new§19.40.060 Supplemental size and reimbursement as follows: 19.40.060 Supplemental size and reimbursement. As provided by the Map Act, the City may require that improvements installed by the subdivider for the benefit of the subdivision contain supplemental size, capacity, number, or length for the benefit of property not within the subdivision, and that those improvements be dedicated to the public. In the event of the installation of improvements required by this section, the City shall enter into an agreement with the subdivider for reimbursement for that portion of the costs of those improvements, including an amount attributable to interest, in excess of the construction required for the subdivision.
