Section 7: <br /> <br />Section 8: <br /> <br />Section 9: <br /> <br />Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.38.030 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.38.030 Membership; Appointments. <br /> (Subsections A-C, no change.) <br /> <br /> D. Commissioners are eligible to participate in all discussions of the Commission <br />except that (1) the alternative commissioner shall vote only if one of the regular <br />commissioners is absent or has a financial conflict of interest and (2) the liaison <br />commissioner shall have no voting privileges. <br /> <br />(Subsections E and F, no change.)" <br /> <br />Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.38.070 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.38.070 Organization <br /> <br /> (Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br /> B. The Commission shall conduct its meetings and business in accordance with <br />the Pleasanton City Council's adopted "Rules and Operating Procedures", as said Rules <br />and Procedures may be amended from time to time. <br /> <br /> C. The chairperson shall: <br /> <br /> 1. Preside at all meetings; <br /> <br /> (Paragraphs 2 and 3, no change.) <br /> <br /> (Reletter existing subsections C and D to D and E; otherwise, no change.)" <br /> <br />Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.39.070 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.39.070 Organization <br /> <br /> (Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br /> B.
