CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1887 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AMENDING SECTION 1 (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1819 AND <br />SECTIONS 2.28.030, 2.28.070, 2.29.070, 2.30.070, 2.32.070, <br />2.34.070, 2.38.030, 2.38.070 AND 2.39.070 OF THE <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING VOTING <br />PRIVILEGES FOR LIAISON MEMBERS AND <br />COMMISSION PROCEDURES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.28.030 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.28.030 Membership; Appointments; Voting <br /> <br />(Subsections A-C, no change.) <br /> <br />D. Commissioners are eligible to participate in all discussions of the Commission <br />except that (1) the alternate commissioner shall vote only if one of the regular <br />commissioners is absent or has a financial conflict of interest and (2) the liaison <br />commissioners shall have no voting privileges. <br /> <br />(Subsections E and F, no change.)" <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1819 and Section 2.28.070 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.28.070 Organization <br /> <br />(Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br />B.
