CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMZDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br /> ORDINAI~CE NO. 1029 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE DESIGNATING PLACE AND TI~ OF P~GULAR <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY ORDAINS <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> hereby designates 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br /> California as the place for holding regularly <br /> scheduled City Council meetings on the second <br /> and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the' date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on February 23, 1982. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on March 9, 1982 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, ,Kepb~rt-,~~ oyr~r~ <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> mes R.
