RESOLUTION NO. 13-599 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR 2012/13FY FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMENDING THE 2012/13FY CIP <br /> BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget <br /> amendments and technical corrections or actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the second quarter (midyear) of <br /> the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013 for the Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the midyear financial report, staff made recommendations as <br /> outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: The Mid Year 2012/13FY Financial Report of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is hereby accepted. <br /> SECTION 2: The Capital Improvement Program Budget is amended as shown in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March, 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on March 19, 2013, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Pentin <br /> Abstain: None <br /> KL <br /> Kare Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jogat P. Lowell, City Attorney <br />
