V. AGREEMENTS <br /> 1 . El Charro Road Improvements. As required by and subject to the Pre- <br /> Development and Cooperation Agreement if the improvements to El Charro Road <br /> are not already completed by the City of Livermore for the El Charro Specific Plan <br /> development, the ACSPA will construct these improvements as part of any first <br /> phase of Staples Ranch development. Any such roadway and flood control <br /> improvements will be constructed so as to comply with all applicable provisions of <br /> the Cooperation Agreement, including but not limited to Section 3.2 thereof. <br /> 2. 1-580 Off Ramp Improvements. The City of Pleasanton will make improvements <br /> to the 1-580 El Charro Road eastbound off ramp as stipulated in the Cost-Sharing <br /> Agreement if these improvements have not been constructed by the City of <br /> Livermore. <br /> 3. Development Agreement. The project will be developed in accordance with the <br /> Development Agreement. Any phasing will be consistent with the applicable <br /> Development Agreement. <br /> 4. Neighborhood Park/Detention Basin Funding and Improvement Agreement. <br /> The project will be developed in accordance with the Neighborhood <br /> Park/Detention Basin Funding and Improvement Agreement. <br /> 5. Cost-Sharing and Pre-Development and Cooperation Agreements. The <br /> project will be developed in accordance with the Cost-Sharing and Pre- <br /> Development and Cooperation Agreements. <br /> 6. Cooperative Agreement—Traffic Mitigation. Prior to the recordation of a final <br /> map for the Staples Ranch Site, the City of Pleasanton will confer with the City of <br /> Livermore, the City of Dublin and Alameda County on a strategy to fund and <br /> complete mitigation measures within each other's jurisdictions. <br /> The action described in this condition will occur as described above.
