<br /> • Changes in transfers ($6,973) are due a Transfer In from the Misc. General Fund
<br /> CIP to cover a fund balance deficit in the Streets CIP for budgeted projects
<br /> ($209,699) and a Transfer Out ($202,726) to the Water Repair and Replacement
<br /> Fund to pay off a portion of the Vineyard Avenue Water Tank loan.
<br /> • Expenditure/Reserve changes ($71,417) include increases of:
<br /> o $71,976 in various Streets CIP projects due to the availability of Developer
<br /> Funds for these projects.
<br /> o $278,570 in the Dublin Reimbursements for Future Projects Reserve to
<br /> reflect City of Dublin freeway interchange fees received to date.
<br /> o $47,331 in landscape maintenance expenditures for the City's Landscape
<br /> Maintenance Districts.
<br /> o $11,497 to account for a permit fee refund.
<br /> These increases are partially offset by:
<br /> o budget reductions in various completed projects totaling $314,657
<br /> (Railroad Quiet Zones - $150,000; Hopyard Road/Owens Drive Widening
<br /> $96,762; Annual Traffic Buttons/Line Markers Installation $67,895).
<br /> o a $23,300 decrease in the Dougherty Valley Mitigation Revenue Reserve
<br /> to reflect actual mitigation fees received to date.
