3. Section XI (Procedure for Future Rent Review) is amended to read: <br /> "In January 2017, the City shall schedule a meeting with the Park Owner to discuss <br /> whether there are terms and conditions upon which a new Agreement may be adopted." <br /> 4. Except as specifically amended or modified herein each and every term covenant and <br /> condition of the Agreement as amended hereby is ratified and shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> 5.
