MOBILEHOME PARK LEASE <br /> This Lease ( "Lease") made and executed this _ day of <br /> , 200 between <br /> located at , Pleasanton, <br /> California, (the "Park") and <br /> ("Resident") , consists of the following agreements : <br /> 1 . NOTICE TO RESIDENT. THIS LEASE (WHICH EXCEEDS 12 <br /> MONTHS IN DURATION) IS EXEMPT FROM ANY AGREEMENT, ORDINANCE, <br /> RULE, REGULATION OR INITIATIVE MEASURE ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON THAT ESTABLISHES A MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT THE PARK MAY <br /> CHARGE A RESIDENT FOR RENT. <br /> 2 . TERM.
