The project shall comply with the current City and Pleasanton Garbage <br /> Service's recycling and composting programs. <br /> 26. The height of the fence between this PUD development and the adjoining <br /> property at 386 Sycamore Road shall be either a six-foot high fence or a seven-foot <br /> high fence. The detail of the fence shall be included in the plan sets submitted for <br /> building permit and is subject to the approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development. <br /> 27. No fence is allowed to be located across the creek area or in the creek <br /> setback area. <br /> 28.The State of California's Green Building Standard Code, "CALGreen", shall apply, if <br /> applicable. <br /> 29.The Building and Safety Division may require special plan check or inspections for <br /> the green building measures proposed. If required, the applicant shall provide <br /> verification to the Planning Division clearly stating that the Building and Safety <br /> Division approved all applicable requirements relating to green building measures. <br /> Said verification shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> 30.The applicant shall work with city staff to adjust the siting of the homes on Lots 1 and <br /> 2 to the south (Sycamore Road) to maximize the view corridor between Lots 1 and 2 <br /> as viewed from the Greene's property. The adjusted home locations shall be shown <br /> on the construction plans submitted for issuance of building permit and shall be <br /> subject to the approval by the Director of Community Development. <br /> 31.AII demolition and construction activities, inspections, plan checking, material <br /> delivery, staff assignment or coordination, etc., shall be limited to the following: <br /> a. if all homes are to be constructed at the same time, the construction hours <br /> shall be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; or, <br /> b. if homes are to be constructed individually, the construction hours shall be <br /> limited to 9:00 a.m. —4:30 p.m. <br /> No construction shall be allowed on State or Federal Holidays, or Saturdays and <br /> Sundays. The Director of Community Development may allow earlier "start times" or <br /> later "stop times" for specific construction activities, e.g., concrete pouring. All <br /> construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise <br /> standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. Prior to construction, the <br /> hours of construction shall be posted on site. <br />
