Additionally, the developer/subdivider may request special approval for temporary use of an existing well for construction water or a more permanent use such as non potable outdoor landscaping. The developer/subdivider shall make such request in writing to the City Engineer. Planning 63. The four-lot development plan covered by this approval shall be in substantial conformance to the development plans, Exhibit B, dated "Received October 1, 2012", on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following conditions. This program shall be designed to fund school facilities necessary to offset this project's reasonably related effect on the long-term need for expanded school facilities. The method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or facilities shall be approved by the PUSD and in place prior to building permit issuance.
