Use Compatibility Plan, as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this <br /> resolution by reference, is hereby approved. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council determines that this is one of the four times in <br /> 2013 that the Public Safety Element and Noise Element of the General Plan may be <br /> amended as provided in Government Code Section 65358. <br /> SECTION 3.
