Brandes, Jr., called the Special Meeting of the City Council <br /> to order at 5:00 P.M. <br /> 1-1 ROLL CALL <br /> The roll cal: vote was recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, <br /> LO Mohr, and Wood were present. Mayor Mercer was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, <br /> W and Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, were present. <br /> CO <br /> Q EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5:05 P.M., <br /> to discuss labor relations and pending litigation. <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 5:15 P.M. <br /> Labor Relations <br /> It was moved by Ccuncilmember Butler, and seconded by Vice Mayor Brandes, that <br /> — Resolution No. 84-634, approving the proposed agreement with the Pleasanton Police <br /> Officers for a one year contract to become effective January 1, 1985, subject to <br /> signing by the Union Executive Board, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> AD JOUR1DIENT <br /> There being no further business at 5:20 P.M., Vice Mayor Brandes adjourned the <br /> meeting, to meet again in Regular Session on January 7, 1985, 8:00 P.M., in the <br /> Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> Respectfully submitted, // <br /> �1-0 R.
