EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> FOR P~ZONING <br /> <br /> CASE PUD-81-35 <br /> <br />1. That approval of case PUD-81-35 only constitutes rezoning <br /> of the subject property from Agricultural to PUD-Commercial <br /> and that no development of the property shall take place <br /> until a development plan has been submitted and approved <br /> under separate application. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no development of the subject <br /> property until access to the site can be provided <br /> directly from Stanley Boulevard across the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad right-of-way to the subject site <br /> and that the points of access shall not be determined <br /> until a development plan has been submitted. <br /> <br />3. That there shall be no parcelization of the subject <br /> property until a development plan has been approved <br /> on the subject site. <br /> <br />4. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses on <br /> the subject property shall be those shown on Exhibit "C" <br /> attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> (Said conditions are available for inspection at the <br /> Planning Department of the City of Pleasanton~ 200 Bernal <br /> Avenue, Pleasanton, California.) <br /> <br /> <br />
