CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1022 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOE MADDEN TO REZONE APPROXIF~TELY 13.7 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND FIRST STREET FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) TO PUD-COFRv~RCIAL AND OFFICES DISTRICT WtlEREAS, Joe Madden applied to have an approximately 13.7 acre site located at the northwest corner of Stanley Boulevard and First Street rezoned from the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD-Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 9, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 9, 1982; and WHEREAS, as a part of the rezoning application, the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the site were considered; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 13.7 acre site located at the northwest corner of Stanley Boulevard and First Street from the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD-Commercial and Offices District, subject to the conditions in Exhibit A. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~246, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated February 9, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference.
