CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1022 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOE MADDEN TO REZONE <br /> APPROXIF~TELY 13.7 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST <br /> CORNER OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND FIRST STREET <br /> FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) TO PUD-COFRv~RCIAL AND OFFICES <br /> DISTRICT <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, Joe Madden applied to have an approximately 13.7 <br /> acre site located at the northwest corner of <br /> Stanley Boulevard and First Street rezoned from <br /> the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD-Commercial <br /> and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> February 9, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 9, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a part of the rezoning application, the permitted <br /> and conditionally permitted uses of the site were <br /> considered; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 13.7 <br /> acre site located at the northwest corner of <br /> Stanley Boulevard and First Street from the A <br /> (Agricultural) District to the PUD-Commercial and <br /> Offices District, subject to the conditions in <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~246, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated February 9, <br /> 1982, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
