Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 9.31 <br /> acre site located on the south side of Valley Avenue <br /> immediately west of Safeway Shopping Center, north <br /> of Amador Park and east of the single-family <br /> residential lots fronting on Brooktree Way from <br /> the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD-High <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~245, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated February 9, <br /> 1982, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section <br /> 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and -, <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on February 9, 1982. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on February 23, 1982 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Wood ~T~~~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> R.
