CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA ORDINANCE NO. 1019 APPROVING TIE APPLICATION OF MUTUAL LAND CO~,~ANY TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 48 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT THE EASTEP~ END OF CRELLIN ROAD TO PUD-LOW DENSITY/OPEN SPACE WHEREAS, Mutual Land Company made an application to prezone an approximately 48 acre parcel located at the eastern terminus of Crellin Road to the Planned Unit Development-Low Density Residential/Open Space District with approximately 9 acres as Low Density Residential and the remaining 39 acres as Open Space(Public Health and Safety); and Wt~P~AS, after review of the Initial Environmental Study for the General Plan amendment on the subject property, the City Council adopted a negative declaration; and WttEREAS, Council received.the Planning Commission's reconm~enda- tion for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 26, 1982; and ~]IEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 48 acre parcel located at the eastern end of Crellin Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 93, to the Planned Unit Development-Low Density Residential/Open Space District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~t244, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated January 26, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
