Approve special meeting minutes of November 27, 2012 and regular meeting minutes of December 4, 2012 City Attorney 2. Ratify the City Manager's action executing the First Amendment for a two-month extension of the Agreement providing for Rent Stabilization of Space Rents for Hacienda Mobilehome Park City Manager 3. Approve Amendment 1 to the Staples Ranch Funding and Improvement Agreement for inclusion of the Stoneridge Drive soundwall 4. Approve an agreement with Packet Fusion in the amount not to exceed $350,000 for the purchase and installation of a new city telephone system Community Development 5. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 6. Approve professional services agreements with First Carbon Solutions . Public Hearing: P12-1753, City of Pleasanton — Consider amendments to Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to modify Chapter 18.08 (Definitions) and add a new Chapter 18.105 (Cottage Food Operations) establishing a permit process and performance standards for home- based food production and sales in residences 8. Accept improvements and easement from Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7, for drain improvement in the vicinity of the Bernal Avenue undercrossing a the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR)
