ATTACHMENT 1 RESOLUTION NO.49-12 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT APPROVING EXTENSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNUSED SEWER CAPACITY PROGRAM BY EXTENDING THE PROGRAM TERMINATION DATE IN RESOLUTION NO.48-10 WHEREAS, on November 16, 2010 the Board approved, by Resolution No. 48-10, the City of Pleasanton Unused Sewer Capacity Program ("Program") as an economic stimulus measure for commercial development; and WHEREAS, slow commercial expansion has not allowed City of Pleasanton to frilly implement the benefits of the program;and WHEREAS, the Program expires on December 31, 2012 unless extended by resolution of the Board of Directors;and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has requested the Program be extended to December 31, 2014; and WHEREAS,the District desires to accommodate City of Pleasanton's request to extend the Program to December 31,2014. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT, a public agency located in the counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, California,as follows: In criteria (d) of Resolution No. 48-10, the date December 31, 2012 is hereby changed to December 31,2014. ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Dublin San Ramon Services District,a public agency in the State of California, counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of December 2012,and passed by the following vote: AYES: 5—Directors Georgean M.Vonheeder-Leopold,Dawn L.Benson,Edward R.
